Instructions for use (handled by 1 person):

Place the fire blanket on the ground behind (very important, as only the control unit and the motor should be fully covered) the electric pallet truck and unroll it.

Grab each handle and safely pull the fire blanket to cover the control unit from the back.
⚠️ WARNING: Cover only the control unit and not the transport arms.
- Ensure that the fire blanket is applied down to the ground. It must not allow air to enter under the blanket. Suffocation reduces available oxygen and stops/contains the fire.
ALWAYS CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT!
⚠️ WARNING: Electric pallet truck fires: If you hear a loud FUZZ noise every 2 to 15 seconds, you are experiencing thermal runaway. Thermal runaway stops when the sound ceases. However, the battery may reignite at any time. Leave the blanket in place over the electric pallet truck even several days after the fire has stopped.
